This list features the 100 Great Supply Chain Projects of 2018. enVista was selected based on the results of a <a href=\"https:\/\/envistacorp.techyscouts.dev\/technology\/supply-chain\/labor-management-system\/\">labor management system<\/a> (LMS) implementation project completed for a multi-million-dollar food distributor that standardized operations and drove workforce optimization across its 12 distribution centers.<\/p>\n<p>enVista helped the distributor implement a JDA LMS along with a labour management programme of engineered labour standards. The scope of the project required a robust <a href=\"https:\/\/envistacorp.techyscouts.dev\/consulting\/change-management\/\">change management<\/a> programme to guarantee stakeholder engagement and a strong return on investment. This project will ultimately set a foundation for a performance incentive system for the client\u2019s distribution centre employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cenVista is honored to be included in <em>Supply &amp; Demand Chain Executive\u2019s <\/em>100 Supply Chain Projects for the sixth year in a row,\u201d said Jim Barnes, enVista CEO. \u201cWe worked closely with our client to develop tailored solutions to standardize processes across 12 distribution centers and ensure employee engagement. Our team\u2019s supply chain expertise along with their commitment to enabling enterprise excellence allowed us to complete this project quickly with an expected savings of nearly $5 million across the network and labour spend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>enVista\u2019s labour practise has completed more than 200 labour management projects and works with clients on all aspects of LMS implementation, including business process validation (or the development of new business processes), project direction, software rollout, configuration, testing and training.<\/p>\n<p><em>Supply &amp; Demand Chain Executive<\/em> received hundreds of applications for the 2018 list.
