INDIANAPOLIS <\/strong>(September 27, 2022) \u2013 enVista<\/a>, a leading supply chain and enterprise technology consulting firm, today announces that Supply & Demand Chain Executive <\/em>selected enVista Director, Transportation, Britain Pavlic, as a recipient of the 2022 Women in Supply Chain award. Supply & Demand Chain Executive <\/em>is the only publication covering the entire global supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Women in Supply Chain award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company\u2019s supply chain network. This year\u2019s list includes individuals from all over the industry who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s and tomorrow\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pavlic has a proven record of using innovation to improve transportation network processes and logistics operations. Pavlic has held management roles for two decades, focusing in areas from customer service to quality control, technology implementation and integration and solutions architecture and design. In her role as director, technology consulting, Pavlic guided her team through removing manual touch of 2,000+ weekly customer invoices with an automated cost allocation system, increasing efficiency immensely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive<\/em> and Food Logistics<\/em>, said, \u201cWhen I launched this award three years ago, I envisioned a long road ahead in educating the supply chain industry as to why it was important to recognize women in the supply chain. This award, the winners and those who submitted nominations\u2014both men and women\u2014 are a testament that supply chain organisations were already recognizing their female leaders; they just needed a better platform.\u201d Mayer continued, \u201cThis year, we received over 280 submissions, almost 100 of which came from men. I\u2019m proud to call these women mentors, role models and industry friends and to help promote their journey.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Britain Pavlic, enVista\u2019s director of transportation, said, \u201cI am honored and humbled to receive this award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive<\/em>, but I would be remiss not to give credit to all of the incredible women who have inspired me and led me to this point in my career.
